shell holds open season on Houma-Houston reversal

Houston—Shell Pipeline said August 22 it haslaunched a non-binding open season to deter-mine shipper interest in firm capacity on itsproposed reversal of the Houma-to-Houstoncrude oil pipeline. Shell said the line would ship 300,000b/d of crude, depending on the type of crudeshipped, from Houston and Port Arthur,Texas, to refineries in Louisiana.
