Eni targets market-leading growth in output

London-Italy's Eni March 10 laid out plans to outgrow the oil and gas production of its oil major peers but warned the target relies on a relatively swift resumption of its conflict-hit Libyan output. Announcing its latest four-year strategic plan, Eni said it hopes to grow oil and gas production by an average of at least 3%/year over the next four years, hitting 2.05 million b/d of oil equivalent in 2014.
