Japan refiners can meet IMO bunker fuel standard

Tokyo—Japanese refiners are ready to supplybunker fuel with a maximum sulfur content of3.5%, in accordance with new regulations setby the International Maritime Organization, asource at the Petroleum Association of Japansaid August 26.
