Indonesian Arun LNG exports set at 29 cargoes

Jakarta-Indonesia's Arun LNG liquefaction plant, located in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, is expected to export only 29 cargoes in 2011, 24% less than 2010's 38 cargoes, a senior offi- cial with the Indonesian unit of ExxonMobil, a 30% shareholder in the plant, said January 10. The company had estimated in July 2010 that it would ship about 39-40 cargoes in 2011, but now expects to ship less due to lower demand, ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia Vice President Maman Budiman said.
