Houston-TransCanada's Keystone crude oil pipeline will be shut until May 15 following the weekend discovery of a leak at a pump station in North Dakota, the company said May 9. The pipeline was shut May 7 after an oil leak was discovered at the Ludden pump station, about 40 miles southwest of Milnor, North Dakota. Keystone was shut "within minutes" after a drop in pressure was detected, TransCanada spokesman Terry Cunha said.
