Dubai-Iran, increasingly disgruntled with the poor performance of the few remaining foreign oil and gas companies in the country, has suspended a $16 billion gas agreement with China's CNOOC for development of the North Pars gas field. And it has replaced Russia's Gazprom Neft in an oil field development project, Iranian media reported October 11.
