Dubai-Abu Dhabi, which pumps most of the UAE's crude oil, has shaken up the management of state-owned oil company ADNOC and the emirate's highest energy decision-making body as it prepares to restructure or renew its biggest oil concessions while seeking to boost oil and gas output capacity. The most significant change was the replacement June 25 of Yousuf bin Omair bin Yousuf, who has been the CEO of ADNOC for more than 20 years, with Abdullah Nasser al-Suwaidi, the deputy chief executive of ADNOC and head of its exploration and production division.
