Tripoli-Test production at Wintershall's Jakhira and Nakhla fields in Libya has started and is currently running at a rate of some 24,000 b/d, industry sources said October 16. The German company, which said at the end of September it was making preparations for restarting its Libyan oil production, did not immediately confirm the restart or production rate.
