London-The UK's Tullow Oil has agreed to buy the assets of the EO Group offshore Ghana for $305 million, Tullow said May 26, increasing its stake in the producing Jubilee field. The acquisition will increase Tullow's interest in the West Cape Three Points license offshore Ghana by 3.5% to 26.4% and increase Tullow's interest in Jubilee, which Tullow operates, by 1.75% to 36.5%.
