Singapore-Oil product exports by India's pri- vate refiners Reliance Industries Limited and Essar Energy slumped to around 2.9 million mt, or an average of just under 812,000 b/d, in February, down 23% from the 1.06 million b/d recorded in January, according to ship- ping data compiled by Platts.
