Shell, BP to offer South Africa stake in Sapref refinery

Cape Town-Shell and BP will meet with the South African government next month to discuss the possible purchase of a stake in their jointly owned 180,000 b/d Sapref oil refinery, a spokesman for Shell said January 18.
