OPEC oil output target still 'official': Badri

London-The 24.845 million b/d crude output target agreed by OPEC in Oran, Algeria, in late 2008 is still "on the table" and must be considered in any discussion of new production allocations at the oil producer group's December meeting, Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri said October 12. "This is the only agreement we have at this time. It is still there. Member countries are not abiding by it [but] still [it is] the last one on the table," he told Platts in a London interview.
