Copenhagen-Norway’s oil output fell 16% and its natural gas production was down 20% in September year on year due mainly to the closure of several oil fields and the Karsto gas processing plant for maintenance, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate said October 8. The NPD said preliminary production figures from September showed an average output of about 1.572 million b/d of crude oil and 205,000 b/d of NGL.
