Pertamina, SK sign Dumai expansion deal

Jakarta-Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina and South Korea's largest refiner SK Energy December 8 signed a mem- orandum of understanding to cooperate on the proposed expansion of the 120,000 b/d Dumai refinery in central Sumatra, a Pertami- na official said December 8.
