Russia to cede Rosneft control in 3-5 years

Moscow-Russia's government will reduce its holding in some of its national companies, including the country's biggest oil producer Rosneft, to less than a controlling stake within the next three to five years, Alexei Kudrin, Russia's finance minister, sa June 27.
