Koch to raise line capacity to ship Eagle Ford crude

Houston-Koch Pipeline and NuStar Logistics have concluded a deal on a pipeline connection and capacity lease that will give Koch additional line space to ship crude oil from the Eagle Ford Shale in Texas to Corpus Christi, Texas. Under the deal, Nustar’s idled Pettus South pipeline will be reactived. The line runs from Pettus, Texas, to Corpus Christi. The project is expected to be in service in the second quarter of 2011.
