Singapore-Swiss trading firm Vitol could be sending its cargo of Russia's ESPO crude oil, scheduled for loading in mid-February from the Pacific Coast port of Kozmino, to Hawaii, shipping sources said February 2 Shipping reports show Vitol has put a vessel on subjects to load the 100,000 mt cargo from Kozmino on February 15, with Hawaii as the destination. The actual vessel has yet to be nominated.
