Singapore-Asia's and China's largest refiner Sinopec plans to build a massive 32 million mt/year (642,630 b/d) refinery complex in east China's Jiangsu province, under the terms of a strategic cooperation agreement between the company and the provincial government that was expected to be signed in Beijing June 14, according to local reports.
