IOC to expand Koyali refinery to 320,000 b/d

Ahmedabad, India-India's largest state- owned refiner Indian Oil Corporation plans to expand its Koyali refinery by 2.3 million mt to 16 million mt/year (about 320,000 b/d), a senior IOC official said November 30. IOC is looking at debottlenecking existing units to raise the capacity of the 13.7 million mt/year Koyali refinery in the western state of Gujarat, B.N. Bankapur, Director Refineries, said.
