New York-January RBOB rallied 11.36 cents to settle at $2.3004/gal December 1 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, driven by refin- ery outages, a gasoline stock draw and a surge in equities. January crude followed RBOB's rally and settled $2.64 higher at $86.75/barrel. Janu- ary heating oil settled 8.12 cents higher at $2.4056/gal.
