Qatar in talks with Total, Shell on petrochemical plant

Doha-Qatar is negotiating with Total and Shell on a multi-billion-dollar petrochemical project that ExxonMobil is understood to have quit, Qatari oil minister Abdullah al-Attiyah said November 30.
