Singapore-The Singapore Exchange declined to confirm January 21 if it would proceed with earlier plans to launch its new 380 CST fuel oil futures contract this month. "We are in the final stage of product development and the launch date will be announced in due course," an SGX spokeswoman said in response to queries from Platts.
