Sydney-Chinese offshore producer CNOOC expects to add total production of nearly 13,000 b/d from two new oil fields, BoZhong 26-3 and LuDa 32-2, it has recently started up in Bohai Bay, the company said in a statement October 20. BZ 26-3 is in the central part of Bohai Bay, neighboring the producing BZ 25-1S field, in an average water depth of about 25 meters. BZ 26-3 has been developed mainly using facilities at surrounding oil fields, and is currently producing from four wells.
