South Australia approves Stuart's diesel terminal

Sydney-Stuart Petroleum has received South Australian state government approval for the construction of its 100 million liter diesel storage terminal at Port Bonython in the Spencer Gulf. The formal approval, granted by the South Australian Minister for Urban Development and Planning Paul Holloway, covers the diesel receiving, storage and distribution facilities, including a 5.3 km (3.3 mile) pipeline from the jetty head. The application was filed by Stuart Petroleum's wholly owned subsidiary Port Bonython Fuels.
