Washington-US independent Rex Energy January 12 reported that its end-2009 proved oil and gas reserves rose 90% on the year to 125.2 Bcf of natural gas equivalent and said its board approved a $100.1 million 2010 capital budget, most of which will be focused on Appalachia.
