Poland in talks to sell 13.5% stake in Grupa Lotos

Warsaw-Poland is in talks with sector investors to sell a 13.5% stake in the country's second-largest refiner Grupa Lotos, the country's Treasury Minister Aleksander Grad said January 12. Grad told local television that some investors are interested in taking a larger stake than the Treasury is offering.
