Keystone Cushing Extension to be in service Q1 2011

Houston-TransCanada is wrapping up mechanical work on the Keystone Cushing Extension crude oil pipeline and plans to begin linefill in time for a first quarter 2011 in-service date, a company spokesman said October 19.
