Dubai-Iran took a step forward May 17 to potentially ending a standoff with world powers over its nuclear program by agreeing to ship enriched uranium to Turkey, but the move is not likely to avert US sanctions on the sale of refined oil products to Iran, sources familiar with the matter say.
