Quito-Angola expects to produce an average of 1.9 million b/d of oil in 2011, roughly maintaining current levels despite new vol- umes coming on stream, the country's oil min- ister said December 11. "We plan on working on developing new fields-we have some that are already in decline, some are in development but our pro- duction level will be 1.9 million b/d," Jose Botelho de Vasconcelos told reporters on the sidelines of an OPEC meeting in Quito.
