Singapore-Vietnam is set to import its first ever crude oil cargo in August with BP and Azerbaijan's Socar supplying crude to the country's first refinery at Dung Quat.BP will finally be executing a long-term crude supply agreement it signed with PV Oil, state-run PetroVietnam's trading subsidiary, in January last year, and Socar has sold an Azeri Light cargo to the refinery, sources close to the matter said July 28.
