US CFTC fines Noble Americas for ?(r)fictitious' trades

Washington-The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission said May 3 Noble Americas Corporation has agreed to pay a $130,000 fine for entering into "wash and fictitious" commodity futures trades and exchange for physical trades, or EFP's, in heating oil and gasoline on the New York Mercantile Exchange and CME Globex electronic trading platform from March 30, 2007, through July 30, 2007.
