EOG sets aggressive target of 70% liquids output by 2012

Houston—EOG Resources mapped out a set of transformational strategic targets April 7, saying oil and natural gas liquids will account for about 70% of its total production by 2012 as the independent moves to capture higher return rates for those projects at a time of low gas prices. This would be a shift from its current production split of about 50-50 liquids and gas.
