Moscow-France's Total has finally secured its long sought-after joint venture agreement with Russia's biggest independent gas producer Novatek following years of talks.Novatek said February 4 the companies have now completed a deal to set up a joint venture to explore and develop the Termokarstovoye gas condensate field in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region.
