Inpex issues tenders for Ichthys LNG construction

Singapore-Japan's Inpex has issued invita- tions to bid for major onshore construction packages for its Ichthys LNG project in Dar- win, northwest Australia, the company said November 30. The proposed plant will have capacity to produce 8.4 million mt/year of LNG, 1.6 mil- lion mt/year of LPG and 100,000 b/d of con- densate. Inpex holds 76% of the project and 24% is held by Total.
