Russia's Pechora LNG starts talks with Asian partners

Moscow-CH-Oil&Gaz, the little-known developer of Russia's Pechora LNG project, has started negotiations with China's CNOOC, South Korea's Kogas and PetroVietnam on a potential strategic partnership, the company said September 22.
