Moscow-Germany's E.ON Ruhrgas has agreed to sell its 3.5% stake in Russian gas giant Gazprom for a total of Eur3.4 billion ($4.44 billion) in a move that analysts believe shows the minimal interest of western compa- nies in having minority stakes in Gazprom.
