New Orleans-After an additional five days and more than 50 hours of testimony, federal investigators are likely only incrementally closer to the causes of the April 20 blowout of BP’s Macondo well. But through process of elimination, the marine board panel may be closer to identifying the people responsible for the key decisions at the well.
