Sana'a-Korea National Oil Corporation said November 3 that an explosion on a 200 km pipeline linking Yemen's block 4 to the coun- try's south coast had resulted in the loss of 1,000 barrels of crude oil. "It will cost less than $10,000...and less than 1,000 barrels [of oil were lost]," said a company source, adding the explosion was carried out on a stretch of pipeline 31 km (19.22 miles) from the oil field.
