London-Russia's Lukoil is planning to take a break from new refining acquisitions in Europe, although it still has a long-term goal of increasing its refining portfolio, Thomas Mueller, head of the company's refining business, said February 16."We are very happy with our acquisitions; maybe there is an opportunity [for more], maybe there is not...We are sitting on the sidelines to see what happens," Mueller told reporters at a conference in London.
