London-Troubled UK-based upstream compa- ny Regal Petroleum said November 25 it had been approached by a number of suitors inter- ested in buying the Ukraine-focused upstream company. Shares in Regal soared by more than 50% after the announcement, and by the close in London were up 46% at GBP0.18 ($0.28)/share.
