Morgan Stanley may join US LNG project

Washington-Cheniere Energy Partners said November 8 its Sabine Pass Liquefaction has signed a non-binding memorandum of under- standing with Morgan Stanley Capital Group that would permit Morgan Stanley to buy import capacity and about 20% of a proposed 7 million mt/year of LNG liquefaction capacity at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
