Arrow agrees to Shell-PetroChina takeover

Sydney—Australian coal seam gas company Arrow Energy has agreed to a sweetened $3.2 billion takeover offer from global giants Shell and PetroChina, which plan to use the company’s resources to feed an LNG project on Curtis Island in the Queensland city of Gladstone.
