Vitol offers first spot cargo of Ghana's Jubilee oil

London-Switzerland-based oil trader Vitol said December 13 it is offering the first spot crude oil cargo from the Jubilee field offshore Ghana. The Jubilee field is expected to have initial production capacity of 55,000 b/d, ramping up to 120,000 b/d over six months. The 650,000 barrel cargo is set to load January 4-5 and is on offer on a FOB basis at Dated Brent plus $0.25/b.
