Moscow-Russia's Rosneft on June 19 outlined plans to keep investments this year unchanged from 2008 levels, looking ahead to what it hopes will be "significant" oil output growth in 2010, though the company plans to cut 2009 operating expenses. At the company's annual shareholders' meeting in Moscow, Vice President Sergei Makarov said Rosneft's investments would be maintained at around Rb272.1 billion ($8.75 billion) in 2009, while operating expenses would be cut to help it withstand the global economic crisis.
