Philippine companies seek government changes in ethanol-gasoline blending rules

Manila-The Independent Philippine Petroleum Companies Association is urging the government to either amend the 2007 Biofuels Act and allow ethanol imports beyond February 2011, or delay the 10% blending mandate, an IPPCA spokesman said this week.
