Pemex sets $25 billion long-term spending program

Mexico City-Mexico's state Pemex has unveiled a $25 billion portfolio of investment in new and updated infrastructure of upstream, refining and gas-processing projects. Posted on the company's web site as the "2010 infrastructure portfolio," the document includes many multi-year projects, such as the $9 billion construction of a new refinery. And its broad-brush approach excludes projected investments in the company's petrochemicals subsidiary.
