Nabucco pipeline gets financing from EU

Brussels—European Union leaders have agreed to make Eur1.5 billion ($2 billion) of EU money available to gas interconnector projects in 2009 and 2010, including Eur200 million for the Nabucco pipeline project, the Czech EU presidency said March 20.
