Germany's RWE Dea sees 2009 result deterioration

London-German upstream company RWE Dea expects its operating result for 2009 to "deteriorate considerably" because of the fall in oil and gas prices, the company said August 13. Delivering its first-half results, RWE Dea also said exploration costs were expected to remain high as it looks to double its oil and gas production in the medium-term.
