Thailand's PTT posts 5% decline in net profit for Q3

Singapore-Thailand's state-owned oil and gas company PTT late November 10 reported net profit of Baht 16.99 billion ($509.3 million) for the quarter ended September 30, down 4.98% from the corresponding period of 2008, as lower oil and gas prices reduced income from its upstream operations.
