Saudi Arabia tops China crude supplier list

Hong Kong-Saudi Arabia recaptured its position as China's largest crude supplier in September, providing 3.68 million mt (900,750 b/d) of the country's imports for the month, according to figures released by China's General Administration of Customs. Supplies to China by the world's largest crude exporter jumped 51% from August's 2.43 million mt, but remained 9.6% lower than the 4.1 million mt recorded in September 2008.
